On August 19th and 20th over 90 participants in locations from Kenya to the Netherlands gathered via Zoom for the annual International Media Services Summit. Over the course of two sessions, presenters shared information, tools and ministries to make us better equipped for the work that we do.

Digital Bible Library: collaboration agreement

Did you know that SIL has an agreement with Wycliffe USA to submit translation projects to the Digital Bible Library (DBL)? Paratext projects (even single books) that have been consultant-approved can and should be submitted to the DBL for digital distribution through partners like YouVersion, FCBH, and Davar.

Staff Corner: Joe Rider

This month, we introduce our new Production Manager, Joe Rider. He was born in Hornell, NY, and met his wife, Donna, at John Brown University in NW Arkansas. They have been married for 33 years. They have two sons who have "grown and flown." Tyler (28) and Austin (25) share a house with a third housemate from their church in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Joe and Donna are thankful that their sons have a heart for God and serve Him in their local church as well as being salt and light where they both work.
